Our universe seems compact enough to gain an enormous amount of customer input from the sales forces already in place. What are your sales reps telling you about reactions to your products? What do their customers want? What are consultants looking for? What problems do your service agents find in the field?
Use the NRA show (Chicago, May 17-20) as an opportunity to ask questions – before you start selling the latest shiny stainless. Keep a log of responses and READ IT! Give weight to what people are telling you. Then talk to us about how we can incorporate those ideas into something new.
