At its simplest we state the problem, research, generate ideas, do more research, refine our ideas, build prototypes to test the best idea, continue to refine, research, revise, rebuild until we and our client are satisfied.
Many years in the foodservice industry as manufacturers, gave us an understanding of operations, service, training, installation, sales, marketing and so on, and we continue involvement in the industry. We attend major national and international trade shows and take field trips to local commercial and teaching kitchens to improve our hands-on experience. We also attend trade shows and events outside of foodservice in complementary industries such as HVAC and healthcare.
Our engineers crave variety and have interests ranging from furniture design to competitive paint ball. Electrical capabilities include control & system design, layout, fabrication & BOM documentation, assembly, firmware development & testing. Mechanical engineering capabilities include product and system design and creation, 3D CAD design for sheet metal packages, machined parts, mechanical assemblies, plastics molding, and prototyping.
